NEW BUSINESS:
- A Notice of Intent was received from McCarty Engineering, Inc. for Wachusett Mountain Ski Area for construction of a new Snow Making Pump Station adjacent to the existing Snow Making Pond with a piped connection to the existing snow making valve building adjacent to the summit lift. DEP File # 267-0370.
- A Notice of Intent was received from Brett Trowbridge, Oxbow Associates for Arnold VanDoren for property located on Map 8A – Lot 7-1 Merriam Road for the construction of a one family home, septic and associated grading.
OLD BUSINESS:

- A continuation of a Notice of Intent from David Ross Associates, Inc. for 136 East Princeton Road, Princeton for a proposed sewage disposal system replacement for a single family house for Peter & Karen Silvia. DEP File No. 267-0369.
- A continuation of a Request for a Determination of Applicability for 71 Gates Road, Princeton, Map 7 Parcel 35-4 filed by EcoTec, Inc. for Gates Road Revocable Trust.
- A continuation of a Request for Determination of Applicability received from Kyle Zelley for property located on Map 8A – Lot 7-1 Merriam Road for the construction of a one family home, septic and associated grading.
- A continuation of a Request for Determination of Applicability from Kyle Zelley for property located on Map 8A – Lot 7-2 Merriam Road for the construction of a one family home, septic and associated grading.
- A continuation of a Request for an Amended Order of Conditions (DEP # 267-0343) for repairs to Paradise Pond Dam, Princeton, Ma. PCC received an ENF and supporting documentation on 3/8/14.
- A continuation of a Notice of Intent received from Christopher Fife for Old Brook Station Road (Map 17 Parcel 2-5) for the construction of a single family home and associated grading. DEP File Number 267-0368.
